Implementation records should capture the container identifier or type, packaging function, final distributor, point-of-sale context, product filled, end-user participation, fill event timestamp, and links to refill-station or re-use-system records where applicable.
For Minespider, refill should create an event record: who filled what container, with which product, under which final-distributor context. That keeps refill evidence separate from broad reuse, collection, or recycling claims.
