An end-of-life vehicle waste disposal site is a waste disposal site that meets the following criteria: Only end-of-life vehicles are managed at the waste disposal site, subject to subsection (2). Components or other materials removed from an end-of-life vehicle may be managed at the site whether the removal happened on or off the site. However, fluids removed from an end-of-life vehicle shall not be managed at the site if the fluids were removed off the site.
