What personal information is collected and why such information is collected

When you visit the Minespider website, the device with which you access it automatically transmits log data (connection data) to the server of 1&1 Internet SE (also referred to as “1&1”) from which the website is operated. If you subscribe to our e-mail newsletter, we will regularly send you information about our offers. Your e-mail address is the only mandatory information for sending the newsletter. Minespider uses videos that are published on websites of the company YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., 94066 San Bruno, CA, USA (hereinafter: "YouTube"), a company of Google Inc., Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter: "Google"). Whereas Minespider is embedding the videos via so called “iframing” protocols on our Minespider website and on the basis of a consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Please note that the framed content is embedded in the Minespider website by using the option of the "extended data protection mode" as provided by YouTube. When you access a page that has an embedded video, it connects to the YouTube servers and displays the content on the website by notifying your browser.

According to YouTube, in the "extended data protection mode", your data will only be transmitted to the YouTube server in the USA when you click on the presented play button to watch the video. By clicking on the video, you consent to this transmission with the effect that your data, in particular which pages from the Minespider website you have visited and device-specific information including the IP address, is transmitted to YouTube (and Google). Usage of Google AdWords Conversion-TrackingThis website uses the online advertising program "Google AdWords" and, as part of Google AdWords, the conversion tracking of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").
