Embedded content from other websites
Minespider uses videos that are published on websites of the company YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., 94066 San Bruno, CA, USA (hereinafter: "YouTube"), a company of Google Inc., Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter: "Google"). Whereas Minespider is embedding the videos via so called “iframing” protocols on our Minespider website and on the basis of a consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO.
Please note that the framed content is embedded in the Minespider website by using the option of the "extended data protection mode" as provided by YouTube. When you access a page that has an embedded video, it connects to the YouTube servers and displays the content on the website by notifying your browser.
According to YouTube, in the "extended data protection mode", your data will only be transmitted to the YouTube server in the USA when you click on the presented play button to watch the video.
